Pricing

We believe in cost certainty. Depending on your project, we typically work on one of two fee structures:

  • Fixed Fees: For standard residential projects (like loft conversions or extensions), we offer a fixed fee per neighbor. This covers everything from the initial review and Notice service to the final Award and Schedule of Condition.

  • Hourly Rates: For complex commercial projects, basement excavations, or where significant neighbor disputes arise, we charge an hourly rate. This ensures you only pay for the exact amount of professional time required.
